The online seminar is organised to keep interest simmering for the Legumes Science and Practice 2 conference, which was postponed from May 2020 until September 2021 due to COVID-19, and to whet the appetites of new potential delegates.
The two-hour meeting includes three speakers, addressing challenges associated with legume cultivation, processing and nutrition of foodstuffs.
Time will be allowed for discussion and it will be possible to extend the meeting if active discussion demands.
